Staff Meeting 3:      Feedback and next steps  

Give everyone the opportunity to describe their experiences, and their feelings about the trials they have conducted.

As an outcome, perhaps compile three brief lists of:

1. successes and positive aspects;

2. difficulties, disappointments and constraints;

3. suggested strategies for overcoming any difficulties.

Reach a collective decision:

1. Is further trialling and evaluation in selected lessons necessary?

2. Can the approaches be adopted on a more regular basis?
