The following outlines for staff meetings:

• are only suggestions, and could be used in any way (or not);

• might help in planning the introduction, use and evaluation of the principles and practices of assessment for learning;

• could form a series of consecutive staff meetings, but are more likely to be better used if spread out across many weeks, with gaps between sessions for evaluation and consideration;

• might need the whole of a staff meeting in some cases, but in others might not need so much time and so could be just one item on a longer agenda;

• will need someone to take the lead in introducing each session, ensuring materials are distributed or prepared, and in promoting the principles of assessment for learning.
