Learning Support Team
This is a central support service which is made up of three teams, the Learning Support Team better known to schools as the Link Teacher Team, the Specialist Teaching Team who teach pupils identified as being dyslexic and the Specialist Maths Team who support pupils who difficulties with maths.

The learning support team provide support to all Local Authority primary schools, secondary schools and Pupil Referral Units. The support is also offered to all special schools. The support is wide ranging and is negotiated with schools at the twice yearly planning meetings.
