Special arrangements for statutory tests in 2004 |
| All requests for permission to make special arrangements for the 2004 tests should use the electronic forms (available on this page) or the photocopiable versions contained in the Assessment and reporting arrangements booklets for the appropriate key stage / year group. Completed requests can be sent, before the 1st March 2004 deadline fixed by QCA: |

| This term is being phased out. It has not always been correctly interpreted, and has been applied to pupils for whom it was inappropriate. |

| Pupils who might previously been disapplied are now classed as 'children working at the level of the tests but unable to access the tests'. A brief report needs to be written about the circumstances, and copies sent to the parents, the chair of governors and to the LEA. |
